A work created by drawing a door using masking tape directly on the wall at enoco, Osaka.
This piece is part of a broader series in which doors are drawn with tape as perceptual thresholds in everyday spaces. Installed on-site, the work engages the existing architecture and invites viewers to imagine alternate passages within familiar surroundings.

大阪・enocoの壁面に、マスキングテープを用いて扉を描いたインスタレーション作品。
本作は、日常の空間において「認知の境界面」としての扉をテープで描き出すシリーズの一環である。建物の既存の建築要素と呼応しながら設置され、観る者に見慣れた空間の中に別の通路や可能性を想像させる。

イスラエル滞在中、マスキングテープで扉の制作過程で生まれるテープの破片が偶然に重ねられてできるものである。扉を描く行為の過程で偶然に生じた素材──テープの切れ端や現地調達された紙──を「行為の痕跡」として残している。目に見える作品の裏側にある、重層的なプロセスや失敗、偶然性を可視化する試みでもある。
This work was created during a stay in Israel, from fragments of masking tape that were unintentionally layered and accumulated in the process of drawing doors.
The scraps of tape and locally sourced paper generated during the act of making are preserved as “traces of gesture.”
It is an attempt to visualize the layered process, errors, and contingencies that lie behind the visible image.

イスラエル滞在中にマスキングテープで描かれた扉を、記録として分割し、トレーシングペーパーに貼り付けた作品。環境から引き剥がされた扉の断片は、テープの物質感や、空間に存在していた色彩のカラーチャートとして記録されている。
This work comprises fragments of a door drawn with masking tape during a stay in Israel, divided and reassembled onto tracing paper as a form of documentation.
Once detached from their original environment, the remnants of the door retain the physical texture of the tape and function as a chromatic chart—preserving the hues that once inhabited the space.
